It is expected that in the upcoming session, we will see legislation aimed at increasing Two Generational programs in CT. These programs have shown promise as a means for reducing generational poverty by bringing parent and child together for early care and education, parenting services, pediatric health with adult education, basic skills, workforce development, and employment services.
