The Middlesex Coalition for Children, together with Wesleyan University, is conducting a random voluntary survey to understand food-related issues in Middletown. We hope to count on your participation in this important project and want to thank you in advance for taking the time to do so. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time. There will be absolutly no connection between your identity and your responses. If you do complete the survey, a link to a raffle will appear where you may enter your personal information to receive a $100 gift card to the grocery store of your choice .
