Resources from Food Justice Meeting

The February coalition meeting focused on the CT Food Justice Youth Corps VISTA Project. The Connecticut Food Justice Youth Corps believes that everyone deserves access to healthy, affordable food. Project VISTA members empower local youth to be leaders who advocate for food justice in their own communities.

They are in the process of recruiting future VISTA service members. Her is their blurb:

"Interested in joining our team? Five partner non-profits are hiring AmeriCorps VISTA members for June of 2015! Contact ctfoodjustice@gmail.com for more information, or follow this link: CT-FJYC on AmeriCorps.gov and apply today."

If you are interested in attending or learning more about the April 11th event please email sasha@neatmiddletown.org.
